First of all, HAPPY 5000th view! Its just took me four months to handle this blog. Yeah I know, 5000th views in four months is real slow, but there is a start. Thanks for who those supporting my blog.

Alright, in Malaysia as you know has a lot of superbike rider. Not just superbike, we also have curiser, naked bike, motard and cup/under bone bike. But while enjoying riding fast or cruising around the country, did you remember your own safety?
In Malaysia, there are a lot of superbike crash happens. But more sad, these accident are caused by careless rider, and those accidents/crashes can be avoided if they not being too much careless. I have concluded 9 tips for those who owns superbike who need to know.

  1. Focus And Concentration

So now, back to basic. Whenever you riding a superbike, REMEMBER to pay attention on the road. Please. This not just save your life, but other's too. Also, it may prevent many bad thing from happens, right. So Focus and Concentration are the keys of safe ride.

  2. Safety Kit/ Riding Gear

Riding Gear must be worn all of the time while you riding. Riding Gear is not just protecting you just while you riding, but it also protects you if any accident happens. Superbike is fast. You know that. But you know more that superbike has high risk. So know matter how you be careful, accident can happens. If you cannot avoid it from happens, but at least, with prtecting gear, you can barely survive from any crash.

  3. Study and Experience

Okey, most bikers are learning to ride a superbike, begins with lower cc, such as Kawasaki 150rr. I highly recommend you to start with lower bike (150cc-250cc). Its hard for you to start using bigger bike as your first bike. Not just hard, it could brings you fatal result when you failed to control the superbike.

  4. Learn How To Ride Smoothly
Riding smoothly is what superbike riders wanted, beside enjoy of riding it. All you should know is when you need to change the gear, and when you need to stop. Avoid hard stop or sudden brake. Ride safely.

  5. Always Be Extra Careful Wherever You Ride
As you can see at the picture above, you can see, male or female ride, as long that you a riding a superbike, you need to be real careful wherever you ride. I know, riding in buzy street is not easy, but I you can plan well your route, the trip won't be so hard.

  6. Service Your Superbike Regularly

Service your superbike is the key to maintaining your superbike. Change engine oil for every 3-4 months, oil filter, air filter, other parts like spark plug, could make your superbike live for more than 10 years.
Also, before you start your journey or ride, please have a quick check. Bulb, oil, water inside radiator and so on. Its also help you to save more money if you can detect anything wrong on your superbike, before it become more worst and give you expensive damage.
  7. Always Turns On Head Lamp
In Malaysia, there is a law that all rider must turn on their lamp, even in daytime. If you not from Malaysia, I recommend you just turn it on. Its also makes others driver notice that you are around.

  8. Using Right Fuel
For superbike, I suggest you use RON 97 to fill your tank. Superbike's tank is nt big as car's tank, so even its more expensive than RON95, but its wont cost you much money since you only need to be buy too much. In Malaysia, it cost you RM2.75 per litter.

  9. Always Know When You Need To Slow Or Stop

If you using your superbike in urban or big city, then you will encounters a lot of traffic light. Traffic lights slows you down and some time makes you completely stop. So don't drive too fast in city. Or you will hit your brake harder than usual.

Alright, That's all for today. I hope we all riders will ride safely. And once again, thanks for viewing my blog, until it reaches 5000th views! Have a nice day!
